Palacio Quemado Tempranillo 2014 stands up for having very well balance fruitiness, respecting the personality of our clay soils. The vintage is influenced by the cool August nights which allowed a slow and optimum ripeness and high fruitiness.
Made with tempranillo grapes, the malolactic fermentation of the wine took place in French and American oak ageing a total of months in the same barrels.
