Variety Coupage of well adapted varieties to our terroir.
Vinification This wine was made from grapes from a single plot, LOS ACILATES, an area of steep slopes caused by erosion, north-oriented with calcareous soils with a clay layer at depth.
After the alcoholic fermentation, which takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, the wine is aged 12 months in 500 liter French oak barrels and then is kept a minimum of one year in the bottle.
Tasting Notes
Colour Deep cherry colour.
Nose Very complex and elegant, with floral and balsamic touches and a mineral and spicy background.
Palate Big, fruity and full of personality. Soft and elegant tannins with a fresh and long finish.
