|Origin||Ribera del Guadiana|
|Variety||Tempranillo, Syrah and Garnacha (60% -20% -20%), from plots of very different soils: sandy (Tempranillo), limestone (Syrah) and clay (Garnacha), which brings a lot of personality to this wine.|
|Vinification||Each vineyard is cultivated individually. Harvested at full maturity, the grapes go through a strict selection process for this special bottling.
PQ Primicia 2011 is a selection of the best crop from Palacio Quemado with low temperature fermentation and controlled maceration. The wine is matured in new French and American oak barrics for at least six months on its lees. The oak aging lends the wine an aromatic nose of spiced fruits and toast.
|Food Pairing||It is a perfect match with grilled steak, a rich pasta dish, cured cheeses, woks, grilled vegetables and charcuterie.|
